Develop and increase customer engagement for Evans Cycles & the Brighton store
Evans Cycles and it’s Brighton store is one of the largest cycle stores and workshops in Brighton. Following a drive to increase interaction with customer’s and the cycling community we were asked to assist in reimagining the Brighton store and develop social media campaigns. Looking to increase store engagement and hosting events to include bike maintenance, easing commutes and a series of ‘Ladies nights’ — promoting and aiding introducing women to cycling. Creating a lighthearted and disarming tone of voice for these events with lyrical and often disco headlines, a unique introduction to copy writing for myself.
Following the scheme’s success, we used newly introduced assets to restyle Evans Cycles on a wider scale including company wide internal and external campaigns and training programs.
